Something about you in our data?
Quantiveo reads public news coverage and computes intelligence about the people and organisations in it. If that includes you, you can ask us — without an account — for access to what we hold, a correction, deletion of your profile, to object to processing, to remove an image, or to complain about a claim you believe is false and harmful.
We confirm the request by email first, then reply within 30 days (2 days for a defamation complaint). A deletion or objection that we accept hides the profile on every Quantiveo surface, and we verify that it has. Some requests need judgement: a public figure's coverage analytics are not erased on request, but errors are corrected and objections are reviewed.

We keep the request itself (your name, email, what you asked and how we handled it) as a record of compliance. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
